Seeking a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for the Kansas City area.
Our therapy team helps restore the day-to-day lives of our clients, providing personalized care with commitment and care.
Availability: PRN

Responsibilities
- Provides occupational therapy services to patients in the home environment according to the Physician's plan of care and under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Engages in communication and case conference activities to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Demonstrates sound judgement and technical skills to perform assigned therapies and procedures according to established protocols.
- Maintains compliance with the Agency Code of Ethics.
- Adheres to agency standards, policies, state and Federal regulations, and payer requirements.
- Practices safety, environmental, and infection control measures.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- COTA Certification for the state of Missouri
- Previous Home Health experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to pass drug test, background check, and physical examination
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient care
