Now Hiring: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Our Home Health Team in Overland Park, KS and surrounding areas.

Availability: PRN
Pay Range: Pay Per Visit
Responsibilities
- Delivering occupational therapy services to clients in their homes based on the treatment plan developed by a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Documenting client progress and maintaining records according to agency policies and federal regulations.
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic care and continuity.
- Promoting and maintaining client safety in adherence to agency protocols.
- Executing therapy treatments and assisting clients with the activities of daily living as outlined in their care plan.
- Performing additional job-related duties as assigned by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- COTA Certification for the state of Kansas
- Home Health experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass drug tests, background checks, and physical exams
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
