CDS Coordinator

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Lebanon, MO is looking for a Consumer Directed Services Coordinator!

Job Duties:

• Staffing and Scheduling
• Interacting with client families and field staff
• Interviewing potential employees
• Hosting New Hire Orientation
• Matching caregivers to clients
• Troubleshooting problems and providing resolution
• Ability to handle a multi-line phone system
• Highly Organized & Detail Oriented
• Available to cover shifts and assist with admissions when needed
  
  

Experience Needed:

• Past experience in a medical field preferred
• Previous Care Coordination a plus
• Medical office experience preferred
• Prior management experience preferred
