What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregivers Needed Downtown FT/Days position at Phoenix Home Care and Hospice?
FT Mornings: 7 days a week
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming)
- Provide Companionship and Emotional Support
- Support Clients with Higher Acuity Needs, Including:
- Transfers (use of gait belts, Hoyer lifts, etc..)
- Feeding Assistance & Meal Preparation
- Monitoring and Reporting Changes in Condition
- Light Housekeeping
- Medication Reminders

Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Up to date Driver's License and auto insurance
- Ability to lift 50 lbs 🏋🏻♀️
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
