Overview:
To support our growing team, Phoenix Heating and Air is seeking a Lead Plumber to complete and coordinate a variety of residential and commercial plumbing jobs.

What started as a small hometown business in Webster County has grown into a regional company serving customers across Western Kentucky and surrounding areas. We proudly provide residential and commercial heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services throughout the region.

Responsibilities
- Lead a variety of plumbing jobs with your team, along with supporting HVAC and electrical jobs as needed.
- Complete jobs on schedule.
- Train and direct apprentices.
- Communicate with management about job progress.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years plumbing experience.
- Proficient in residential and commercial plumbing.
- A valid driver's license.
- Able to pass a drug test at time of hiring.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 years plumbing experience.
- Experience leading teams and training others.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week
