Position Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to perform needle-free allergy testing, assist with patient intake, and support basic clinical tasks within a physician’s office.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction and is motivated by accuracy and efficiency.Responsibilities:• Administer allergy screening questionnaires and conduct allergy skin testing (Needle & pain-free method).• Document patient information and test results in the EMR accurately and promptly.• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain supplies for testing and immunotherapy.• Coordinate with the physician and Phoenix team regarding daily schedules and patient eligibility.• Provide basic clinical support to the practice as needed.Qualifications:• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred but not required.• Previous clinical or allergy testing experience is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).• Strong communication, organizational, and patient service skills.• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a busy practice environment.Company DescriptionAbout Us:Phoenix Healthcare Solutions partners with Primary Care Practices to provide on-site allergy testing and immunotherapy services.Our mission is to enhance patient care while creating new partnerships with Primary Care Providers.
