Responsibilities
- Evaluate and provide occupational therapy services to residents with a variety of functional needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve independence, safety, and performance in everyday activities
- Deliver therapy in accordance with established care plans and regulatory requirements
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs
- Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation per facility and regulatory guidelines
- Flexible PRN scheduling
