Responsibilities
- Assist with excavation, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation for underground installations
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, power tools, and other construction machinery safely and efficiently
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering troubleshooting guides to accurately execute tasks
- Use diagnostic tools to identify issues with underground infrastructure or equipment and support technical troubleshooting efforts
- Follow all safety protocols based on the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) and maintain a safe work environment at all times
- Support the interpretation of schematics and technical drawings to ensure precise installation
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including piping layouts, schematics updates, and troubleshooting reports
