- Take inbound calls from warm, pre-qualified prospects (no cold calling!)
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored life insurance solutions
- Build trust and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Use tools like Zoho CRM and Insurance Toolkits to manage your pipeline
- Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement
- Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, ongoing support, and benefits administration guidance
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on insurance or financial products preferred
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities
