Your Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively under the Shop Supervisor coaching with your teammates
- Adhere to stringent safety measures
- Accurately interpret and work from blueprints
- Use math skills for precise calculations
- Conduct diligent inspections of welds and materials
- Wield Oxy/Acetylene torches proficiently
- Master various welding techniques including GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW
- Utilize grinding and gouging tools efficiently
- Operate bridge cranes
- Perform rigging with expert precision
- Ensure all weldments align with premium AWS D1.1 and AWWA D100 standards

Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of relevant welding experience
- Proficient in FCAW and GMAW welding methods
- Able to pass welding tests according to ASME Section IX
- Reliable transportation and work ethic
- Expert in producing X-ray quality welds
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Experience in welding stainless steel or aluminum
