Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000–$50,000 annual base compensation

You'll begin by introducing homeowners to Phoenix Exteriors, identifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments.
As you gain experience, product knowledge, and confidence, you'll move into a consultative sales role where you'll inspect homes, present solutions, and close your own projects.

What You'll Be Doing
- Work professionally assigned neighborhoods throughout Chicagoland
- Introduce homeowners to Phoenix Exteriors
- Follow up on neighborhoods receiving our direct mail campaigns
- Identify opportunities involving roofing, storm damage, solar, battery storage, and energy improvements
- Schedule appointments for our experienced consultants
- Keep organized notes using our CRM
- Attend ongoing sales and product training
- Work afternoons and early evenings when homeowners are most available
What You'll Learn
We'll teach you how to:
- Recognize storm-related roof damage
- Understand the insurance restoration process
- Evaluate homes for solar opportunities
- Learn Tesla Solar Roof, Powerwall, and EV charging systems
- Understand premium roofing products from industry-leading manufacturers
- Build confidence talking with homeowners
- Transition from setting appointments to running and closing your own sales
By the end of your training, you'll understand how an entire home's exterior and energy systems work together—not just one product.
