Job Description
Phoenix Country Day School is seeking a lower school teacher for the 2025-26 school year. Our program philosophy is that we seek to care for the whole child with passion and joy. Creating strong relationships with families is an integral component of the PCDS program, as we believe that active parent involvement is critical to a child’s success.
The ideal candidate will be joining a co-teaching team that values collaboration and teamwork. This team will be focused on implementing inquiry-based teaching strategies that support active student engagement. Strong verbal and written skills are mandatory.
