As necessary to operate the dining outlets and to meet Phoenix Country Club and Troon standards:
- Plan and conduct a daily pre-service meeting.
- Review reservations, create floor plan, assign sections to servers, arrange tables for reservations.
- Leads by example, while working directly alongside staff.
- Assist with training FOH staff and reinforcing PCC service standards.
- Assign and check daily server-side work.
- Visits tables, practices attentive listening and utilizes thoughtful problem-solving skills to resolve member and staff issues.
- Communicates any issues regarding food quality and service to Dining Manager.
- Supports multiple dining venues as assigned and assists with service coverage based on business needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- One year supervisory or management experience in full-service dining preferred.
- Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card.
- Arizona “Title 4” Alcohol Service Card.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and some familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
