Compensation: $35,000 to $55,000 bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand organizational challenges and solution needs
- Present Phoenix Business Consulting’s services in a clear, compelling, and consultative manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and high-quality client experiences
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales reporting
