We’re looking for a new member for our awesome team! Must be outgoing and friendly and provide stellar customer service every single time in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Pay & Benefits:

• Location: Downtown Tulsa, 125 East 18th Street, Tulsa, 74119
• Starting pay $14.50 - $15/hour depending on work experience
• Tip share
• Payday is EVERY Friday
• Casual dress code, Phoenix t-shirts provided
• Dry Cleaning and laundry service weekly allowance

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday ONLY, NO WEEKENDS
• Shifts will be between 7am - 6pm
• PT staff usually 20-30 hours per week depending on availability and employer needs
• Willing to work around employee's availability, such as school or another job

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED - MUST HAVE
• Driver’s license - MUST HAVE
• Valid Social Security Card - MUST HAVE
• Cash Handling
• Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time; we stay on our feet all day.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist or reach for objects on shelves at various heights.
• Preferred: 1 years customer service experience, wait staff, convenience store, retail or similar

Job Duties

• Greet customers warmly and professionally
• Receive, sort, and mark articles for laundry or dry cleaning
• Enter detailed information regarding each article into the company software for each customer and creates an order
• Marks articles for special attention issues and ensures all orders are ready for production.
• Receives completed orders daily and prepares them for pick up based on store guidelines. This includes verifying orders are correct, inspecting orders for quality, follows up on any orders that may be still in process and communicates with the customer prior to scheduled pick up time, etc.
• Assists customers with drop off, pick-up, and payment of their orders.
• Performs daily housekeeping and closing of the assigned store.
• Follows instructions of supervisors and assists other team members in performing store functions

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
