Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Lead Generator to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
- As our Lead Generator, you will be the driving force behind new patient acquisition through direct community engagement. Your primary focus will be to generate qualified leads by promoting our health services at various local events and businesses.
- Execute Community Outreach: Strategically plan, set up, and staff lead generation events (e.g., health fairs, corporate wellness days, retail pop-ups).
- Conduct Health Screenings: Perform basic, non-invasive health screenings (e.g., stress surveys, posture checks) to identify potential patients.
- Engage and Educate: Initiate enthusiastic and professional conversations with the public to educate them on the benefits of chiropractic care.
- Schedule Appointments: Book and confirm initial new patient appointments directly from community interactions.
- Develop Partnerships: Build and maintain positive relationships with local businesses for co-promotional and lead generation opportunities.
- Track and Report: Diligently track all leads, screenings, and booked appointments using a provided CRM/tracking system.
Requirements
- Exceptional Communication Skills: A highly engaging, professional, and persuasive communication style. Must be comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
- Reliable Transportation: Ability to transport screening equipment and yourself to various local event locations.
- Availability/Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to align with community event schedules.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods during community events.
