Job Title:- Cath Lab Technologist
Location: Pikeville, KY 41501
Hours: 48 hours per week
Shift:- 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 1 year of travel experience
Job Summary: Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac, vascular, electrophysiology (EP), and structural heart procedures while ensuring patient safety and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with cardiac catheterization, PCI, vascular interventions, TAVR, pacemaker/ICD placement, and ablations.
- Monitor patient hemodynamics, maintain sterile technique, and operate specialized Cath Lab equipment.
- Assist with vascular access, sheath removal, closure devices, and critical patient care.
- Document procedures and patient data in Epic and Philips XPER.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call coverage with a 30-minute hospital arrival requirement.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT certification and Kentucky state certification required.
- Current BLS; EKG competency required.
- ACLS within 6 months and PALS within 24 months of hire/transfer.
- Minimum 1 year of travel experience.
- Nuclear Medicine certification and ODC preferred.
Pay: $75.00 - $81.39 per hour
Expected hours: 48.0 per week
