Responsibilities: The Network Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, configuration, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure. Key duties include:Configure, troubleshoot, and support wired and wireless networks to ensure seamless connectivity. Support transmission/transport mediums such as VPNs, dedicated circuits, broadband, and collaborate with public carriers and circuit providers to deliver network services. Configure, troubleshoot, and support Azure and AWS networking to maintain cloud infrastructure. Manage VMWare vCenter at the Co-location, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Configure and maintain network protocols and services including VLAN, AP, DHCP, DNS, VoIP, and others. Support VoIP platforms including vPBX/ACD, IVR, gateways, soft switches, SIP, and call processing. Ensure compliance with data backup policies by meeting RTO and RPO requirements. Perform BC/DR simulations and ensure endpoint recovery processes are effective. Pre-configure and stage equipment for deployment to remote users, ensuring readiness and functionality. Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server 2022 services such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Document configurations and changes to maintain accurate records of the network environment. Troubleshoot and replace legacy network equipment as necessary to maintain system efficiency. Automate repetitive tasks such as endpoint updates and security patches, creating documentation for future reference. Assess operating system and security configurations for IT product initialization and deployment. Provide updates and feedback to users and management regarding issue resolution efforts. Support remote users to ensure their connectivity and productivity. Respond to issues or outages outside of normal hours with flexibility and availability. Perform other duties as assigned by the I.T. Director and management personnel. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).3 years of experience in network administration or similar IT infrastructure role.Proven experience in network administration and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Azure, AWS, VMWare vCenter, and Windows Server 2022. Strong knowledge of network protocols (VLAN, DHCP, DNS, VoIP, etc. ).Experience with VoIP platforms and call processing systems. Ability to automate tasks and document processes effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication skills to provide updates and support to users and management. Availability to address urgent issues outside of regular working hours. Work Environment: This role requires flexibility to support remote users and address network issues as they arise. The Network Administrator will work closely with the I.T. Director and other team members to ensure the organization's network infrastructure operates efficiently and securely.

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
