- Respond to customer questions regarding extended warranties and GAP coverage with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist contract holders and repair facilities with inquiries related to claims processing and payments.
- Provide support to other departments when necessary.
- Initiate GAP claims and ensure accurate documentation.
- Perform data entry for new contracts.
- Support various functions within the Customer Service Department.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
- Carry out any additional duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in an inbound call center or customer service related role (preferred).
- Strong communication abilities and excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to assess customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Proficiency with data entry; experience using CRM systems is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
