About the Role:
The Bartender-Hourly position is essential in delivering an exceptional guest experience within the accommodation and food services industry. Minimum Qualifications:
- Legal age to serve alcohol in the state of employment.
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a customer service role within the food and beverage industry.
- Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol).
- Experience working in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware and utensils.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and comply with all local and state alcohol service laws.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service during busy periods and special events.
