3 years’ experience in supervision and independent decision making in major nursing areas. (Preferred)

NP-C - Family Nurse Practitioner - AANPCP (Required)
BCLS - Basic Life Support (Required)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to hospitalized patients in collaboration with supervising physicians and the healthcare team.
- Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic tests and results.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, case management, and other disciplines to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
