Are you a passionate Nurse Practitioner looking to make a meaningful impact in digestive health? We are seeking a dedicated PRN Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Gastroenterology team. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Required)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
4 years experience in supervision and independent decision making in major nursing areas (Preferred)
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES
Required Certifications/Licensures: Nurse Practitioners Certification (NP-C) or Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C), Basic Life Support (BLS), Department Specific Certifications may be required.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Adheres to the hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines

- Maintains current knowledge in present areas of responsibility (i.e., self education, attends ongoing educational programs)
- Attends staff meetings and completes mandatory in-services and requirements and competency evaluations on time
- Demonstrates competency at all levels in providing care to all patients based on age, sex, weight, and demonstrated needs. For non-clinical areas, has attended training and demonstrates usage of age-specific customer service skills
- Wears protective clothing and equipment as appropriate.
