This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Albany, GA. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing high-quality customer service. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, coordinating with internal departments, addressing inquiries and concerns, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Account management experience, client relationship building, and customer satisfaction expertise
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple client accounts effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Working knowledge of contract management and business development processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
