Responsibilities for a Sales Associate at Phoebe Allentown:
Primary job duty is to successfully lead the resident recruitment process by; establishing and cultivating meaningful relationships with prospects and their families (and identify and satisfy individual candidate needs), develop and maintain productive external marketing strategies (including referral sources and community relationships), maintain established occupancy levels, track and trend resident movements, manage the admission process, and cultivate business partner relationships with campus and home office operations staff. This position is the central point of contact for all prospective residents.
Requirements for a Sales Associate at Phoebe Allentown:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED required, College degree in Marketing or Human Services field preferred.
- Certification/licensure in assisted living/personal care a plus.
- Prior experience in senior living sales, Senior Housing, Long-term Care Insurance, Hospitality or an appropriate healthcare/personal care background preferred.
- Prove history of achieving and exceeding sales goals required.
