Requirements for an RCP/Med Tech with Phoebe Berks:
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
- High School Diploma or GED or active registry status on the Pennsylvania nurse aide registry
- CPR certification or ability to attend and pass course.
- Current certificate from DPW approved medication administration course, depending on shift and unit, or ability to attend and pass course.
