Job Summary

Responsible for all shipping, receiving, internal product distribution, inventory control and purchasing of inventory, and organization wide supply storage activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Logistics or related field: Required

Work Experience

• 5 or more years experience in a management position in a multi hospital and clinic system with centralized distribution: Required
• 7 or more years experience in a supervisory position: Required

Licenses and Certifications

Essential Functions

• Manage staff from shipping & receiving, associate team and material handlers.
• Train and supervise distribution team to provide accurate receipt of inbound and outbound supply products.
• Manage distribution team to efficiently inventory, par and replenish hospital supplies throughout the Hospital organization.
• Demonstrates technical skill in using equipment appropriate for role.
• Understands equipment operation.
• Maintains equipment in working order. Troubleshoots equipment problems.
• Uses technology to increase productivity. Adapts to new technology.
