Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand
- Organize and store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Remove and sort trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Sweep, mop, and scrub floors to maintain a clean work environment
- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas and equipment
- Support kitchen staff with food prep and basic cooking tasks as needed
- Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a bonus
