Job Summary
Pho Real Vietnamese is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Vietnamese Food Service Attendant to support daily food service and restaurant operations. This role assists with guest service, food and beverage service, order handling, cleanliness, restocking, and general food service support while helping provide a welcoming dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Assist guests with seating, basic menu questions, and general dining needs.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately when assigned.
- Assist with preparing and serving Vietnamese-inspired dishes, pho, rice and noodle dishes, appetizers, and beverages.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
- Support food preparation, portioning, packaging, plating, and order assembly as needed.
- Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and presented properly.
- Assist customers with basic menu selections and communicate special requests to appropriate team members.
- Assist with point-of-sale transactions and customer payments as needed.
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, counters, service stations, and workspaces.
- Clear and reset tables and maintain a neat, welcoming guest environment.
- Restock ingredients, beverages, utensils, napkins, packaging, condiments, and other service supplies.
- Assist kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy service periods.
- Follow food handling, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures.
- Handle food, equipment, supplies, and customer property carefully and responsibly.
- Communicate guest concerns, supply needs, and service issues to supervisors.
- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general restaurant duties.
- Help maintain consistent food quality, presentation, service standards, and order accuracy.
- Keep food service and work areas organized throughout each shift.
- Perform other food service and restaurant support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous Vietnamese restaurant, food service, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
