Job Overview

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and satisfied throughout their visit.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring all items are prepared according to food safety standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Process payments using cash registers, ensuring accurate transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is essential.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is required.
• Culinary skills or experience with food preparation are advantageous.
• Strong guest service skills with an ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
