Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service
- Assist in food preparation, including assembling menu items and maintaining cleanliness in the food prep area
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems
- Support food industry operations by managing food handling procedures and ensuring proper food safety practices are followedQualifications
- Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order totaling
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently
- Culinary experience or restaurant background is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
