Role : HR Manager
Location : 401 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL
Hours : 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday – Friday)
Package : $90,000 base ($100,000 OTE)

As our HR Manager, you'll take sole responsibility for designing, implementing, and managing our total rewards programs—including 401(k), healthcare benefits, compensation structures, and employee perks—ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
A key member of our North American HR team, you'll bring multi-state experience and a strong understanding of federal and state employment laws to enhance our employee experience across the U.S.
Key responsibilities :
- Leading and managing all aspects of rewards and benefits, including 401(k) administration, healthcare plans, compensation frameworks, and leave policies.
- Analyzing market trends to ensure PHMG's compensation and benefits remain competitive and cost-effective.
- Ensuring compliance with multi-state employment laws regarding benefits, compensation, and HR policies.
- Partnering with leadership teams to develop salary structures, incentive programs, and retention strategies that drive engagement and performance.
- Managing relationships with third-party benefits providers and negotiate contracts to optimize offerings.
- Acting as the subject matter expert on all benefits-related employee inquiries and ensure seamless administration of programs.
- Developing and implementing employee wellness initiatives to enhance workplace well-being.
- Overseeing benefits enrollment, renewals, and communication strategies to maximize employee understanding and participation.
- Partnering with leadership to enhance company culture, engagement, and performance management.
- Conducting ongoing policy reviews and updates to mitigate risk and ensure best practice
- Handling high-level employee relations escalations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
