-Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to ensure the smooth operation of appointments.
-Stay up-to-date with state and local regulations regarding blood collection and laboratory testing.
Requirements:
-Must have experience working as Phlebotomist.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Access to reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
-Basic knowledge of lab equipment and patient safety protocols.
