What You'll Do:
- Assist customers with mortgage loan applications and the home-financing process
- Collect, organize, and review financial and employment documents
- Learn how to evaluate income, credit, and other borrower information
- Explain mortgage loan options, requirements, and next steps to customers
- Communicate with borrowers, lenders, processors, and underwriting teams
- Follow up on applications and outstanding documentation
- Provide professional customer service throughout the loan process
- Learn mortgage industry guidelines, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Develop the skills necessary to become a successful licensed Mortgage Loan Officer
