Position Summary

The Pharmacy Clerk is a key member of our pharmacy team, supporting daily pharmacy operations while delivering excellent patient care. This role focuses on front-end support, patient interaction, and administrative tasks to help ensure smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Assist with prescription drop-off and pick-up
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized front-end and work area
• Assist with inventory tasks, including stocking and organization
• Support pharmacy staff with clerical and administrative duties
• Comply with HIPAA and pharmacy policies at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Prior retail or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
