You will serve as the organizational heartbeat of Philz Landscape Supply, bridging the gap between field operations and executive management. This role empowers you to shape office culture and drive business growth through creative marketing and streamlined administrative processes.

• Administered daily office operations and coordinated staff activities to ensure seamless communication between crews and clients.

• Coordinated delivery schedules and managed customer inquiries to maintain high levels of service and project transparency.

• Produced engaging social media content and promotional materials using Canva to increase brand visibility.

• Monitored billing and invoicing workflows in collaboration with the bookkeeping team to ensure financial accuracy.

• Maintained detailed records of inventory and vendor communications to prevent supply chain delays.

• Improved internal office processes and documentation systems to enhance overall organizational efficiency.

• Proven experience in office administration or management, ideally within the landscaping or construction industries.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional client and vendor interactions.

• Experience creating marketing assets and managing professional social media profiles.

• Familiarity with the landscape supply industry, including snow removal or heavy equipment logistics.

• Technical proficiency with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
