POSITION: Philomath High School – Athletic Supervision
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Provide primary and supplementary supervision for home athletic events at PHS.
- Willing to work late hours.
- Willing to work in adverse weather conditions.
- Willing to potentially work weekends.
- Ability and willingness to administer district and school rules to spectators.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or ability to obtain.
DUTIES:
- Work in conjunction with PHS Athletic Director to conduct athletic events.
- Escort officials to and from venues.
- Actively monitor spectator and athlete behavior and safety.
- Transfer gate revenue to safe box.
- Greet and direct visiting schools upon arrival to PHS, direct buses to the proper location.
- Help set up and takedown PHS venues.
- Fill in for gate duty as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director specific to the supervision of home events.
CONTRACT/SALARY: Stipend per Licensed Negotiated Agreement Co-Curricular Salary Schedule. Expect between 250 and 275 total hours
Start Date: August 28, 2026
End Date: May 28, 2027
