Duties
- Must be 18 or older, available to work early morning shift , weekends and holidays when necessary.
- Prepare doughs according to established recipes and quality standards
- Twist, shape, bake with precision .
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently to produce consistent results
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure perfect texture and flavor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace in compliance with food safety regulations, and store standards.
- Assist in inventory management by rotating stock
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely production and customer satisfaction
- Answer phone ,take phone order in a friendly, professional way
Skills
- Proven experience in baking ,and twisting preferred but not required; training provided for motivated beginners
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-energy environment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure each baked good meets quality standards
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation protocols
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy goods, and perform repetitive tasks with precision
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical stamina to lift 50lbs and stand for lonf periods of time
