Duties
- Prepare dough using precise recipes and techniques, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, stringer, and others
- Shape, twist, and bake pretzels and other baked goods according to established standards
- Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation practices throughout shifts
- Package finished products carefully for retail display or wholesale distribution, ensuring freshness and presentation
- Support high-volume production by managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality control
- Follow food handling safety procedures diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to hygiene standards
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and stringer
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing portion sizes
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with team members or customers during product pickup or sampling events
- Experience in catering or restaurant environments is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in high-volume production settings while maintaining attention to detail
