Philly Pretzel Factory is a fast paced, fun business that serves thousands of fresh pretzels to our customers daily. We specialize in bulk and wholesale orders for schools, non profits, and other for profit businesses. We also offer a full retail storefront for the public to visit us and buy directly from us!
Your role on our team:
A fun, energetic, and outgoing person who enjoys communicating with customers and team members to provide a positive and exciting work environment.
- Maintain a positive and exciting work environment for the customers and the team
- Greet and communicate with customers in a positive manner
- Determine and complete the daily prep (we make and hand twist all our products from scratch daily)
- Properly bake pretzels and pretzel products as needed for orders and walk in customers
- Accomplish the daily task lists effectively
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the store
- Presents clean, neat, and professional image
- Consistently ensures the location is presentable and ready for business at all times
What we are looking for:
- Must be 18 years or older
- You are eager to learn and develop new skills
- You have a flexible schedule
- You are able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Great attendance history
- Willingness to help with local deliveries
- Competitive nature that loves to WIN!
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- You are a hardworking team player
- This is a full time - 30-40 hour a week position
