Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking a variety of menu items following established recipes and standards
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Support food presentation by plating dishes attractively and efficiently for service
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately during service
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food delivery and smooth kitchen operations
- Support banquet and special event setups by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring all items meet quality standards
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation practices is essential
- Experience with cooking techniques and culinary preparation enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, especially in guest services or banquet settings
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are vital for success in this energetic role

Pay: $22.53 - $27.13 per hour
