We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Easton, PA, corporate office. In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice our business customers rely on when ordering pet food and supplies. If you have call center or customer service experience, this could be the perfect fit!
Hourly Rate: $18.00 | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role with one company
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Love Pets
- AS400 experience is a plus
- Work with a team that’s passionate about pets and people
