Phillips Stafford Insurance Group is seeking a professional and ethical Independently contracted agent to join our team.
As an Independently contracted agent for Phillips Stafford you will be responsible for developing, consulting, and retaining clients interested in purchasing insurance through Phillips Stafford Insurance Group. The ideal candidate will have some previous insurance experience and will be licensed in at least property and casualty and/or Life and health lines of insurance. Candidate should have a solid skill set and understanding of business development, including business networking and community involvement. Candidate should have knowledge of basic computer programs, including the ability to learn proprietary web-based software. Candidate must subscribe to a needs-based sales process and always work with clients in a professional and ethical manner, doing what’s best for the client.
Phillips Stafford Insurance Group is a rapidly growing and expanding independent insurance agency with access to hundreds of insurance carriers allowing us to provide our clients with insurance solutions that meet their needs. We offer near-complete work autonomy, new agent training, bonus programs, and continued support. We allow our Independently contracted agent to focus on the area(s) of insurance they prefer, whether that be P&C, health, life, financial products, or a combination of any of the preceding.
