Warehouse Operations Supervisor – First Shift

📍 Location: Plant City, Florida
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Are you a hands-on, safety-driven leader who thrives in a fast‑paced distribution environment? We’re looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our First Shift Team. This role is ideal for a dependable, energetic professional passionate about logistics, safety, and developing high‑performing teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise first-shift picking, checking, and loading operations.
• Plan, assign, and direct work to maximize productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with warehouse and food safety standards.
• Model and maintain a strong safety-first culture across the team.
• Operate forklifts and order selectors as needed to support daily operations.
• Submit route documentation accurately to the invoicing team.
• Collaborate with fellow supervisors and managers to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years of leadership experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in warehouse equipment operation.
• Experience using RF scanning systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Safety‑focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
