2 years experience preferred.

Phillips Site Work is looking for skilled Mill/Planer Operators who can do all of the responsibilities associated with operating heavy equipment and operate a mill machine.
Applicants must currently have, or obtain after hiring, an OSHA 10 hour certificate. (We reimburse any fees for obtaining OSHA 10 hour if hired)
Phillips Site Work does many prevailing wage jobs throughout the season.
Phillips Site Work is looking for applicants who are dependable and who can show up on time.
There are opportunities for raises and promotions for employees who are dependable.
Phillips Site Work does layoffs during the winter months as work is not possible when the weather conditions are not suitable for paving asphalt.
