Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking laborer to join our team in a mushroom growing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the growing process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- move the finished mushroom logs and spawn bags to the appropriate growing rooms
- place bags on the shelves in the correct order and spacing
- sweep the floors of all leftover debris and dispose of the trash correctly
- clean and wash the log containers for use the next day
Experience
- no previous experience required
- must be willing to learn and follow directions
6:30am-4:30pm Monday-Saturday. OFF Sunday.
Overtime paid at 1.5 times after 40 hours
