At Monarch 301, we’re seeking a confident, outgoing individual to help drive leasing efforts, grow our brand presence, and create a welcoming community for residents. Whether you're showing apartments, speaking with clients, planning events, or engaging on social media, you’ll gain the kind of experience valued across industries.
Day to Day:
- Sales: Tour prospects, follow up on leads, and help reach leasing goals
- Marketing: Contribute to social media, create content, and support outreach campaigns
- Customer Experience: Support residents, manage inquiries, and build community connections
- Events: Assist with resident events and partnerships with local businesses
Who You Are
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator
- Motivated by goals and enjoys engaging with people
- Interested in sales, marketing, or real estate
- Organized and tech-savy (Google Suite, canva, social media, etc.)
Preferred but Not Required
- Customer service or sales experience
- Background in business, communications, or marketing
- Familiarity with Instagram, Canva, or event planning
- Insight into of ETSU, Johnson City and local hangs.
