Job Description
Responsibilities:
Repairing and restoring Laptops to “like new” condition by cleaning, testing, and repairing all hardware components of the laptop. Re-format, update, and re-image of storage/hard drives and testing functionality. Applications may include but are not limited to Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Onbase. Hardware support includes laptops, desktops, and desktop printers.
Potential to assist customers via phone/chat/email with application and hardware issues.
Required to keep track of inventory of laptops being handled, open warranty cases, and parts inventory.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills*
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Laptop and Desktop maintenance and repair.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products
- A certification a plus*
