High school diploma preferred, and on-the-job training required. Two years of forestry work experience required. Prior experience with skilled labor tasks (equipment operation, concrete work, or trade support) preferred.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
- Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations.
- Operate hand and power tools, including drills, saws, compactors, and grinders.
- Assist with the setup and operation of light equipment such as skid steers, small excavators, or trenchers as directed.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation according to specifications.
- Assist skilled trades (carpenters, pipelayers, equipment operators) with tasks requiring precision or specialized technique.
- Perform basic concrete work, including forming, pouring, and finishing as directed.
- Read and interpret basic grade stakes, markings, or plans to support layout work.
