Role Description
This full-time, on-site position requires a Jewelry Repair & Fulfillment Coordinator to join Phillips House at their Miami Beach, FL location. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating jewelry repair processes, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of inventory, and overseeing the fulfillment of online and retailer orders. Additional duties include liaising with customers to provide exceptional service, analyzing repair trends, and maintaining operational efficiency and organization in a fast-paced environment.
