What You’ll DoAs our next Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of residential roofing and as part of insurance projects, painting, carpentry, gutter and garage floor coating projects—leading subcontractors, walking jobs with clients, ensuring quality work, and protecting both client experience and company profit. You’ll be the face of integrity and the backbone of the job site.
Key Responsibilities- Lead kickoff meetings with clients and crews to align expectations
- Perform daily job site checks and proactively address issues
- Conduct final walkthroughs and collect signed QA forms and payments
- Maintain budget integrity and schedule compliance
- Follow standardized systems and checklists to ensure 5-star outcomes
- Ensure every homeowner leaves happy—and leaves a 5-star review
- ≥ 80% NPS Score
- 5-star reviews on ≥ 20% of projects
- Projects run within budget 5% margin
- Final payments collected within 2 days of install
- Add-ons or supplements sold on ≥ 5% of projects
